At Earthwise Explorers, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

Delivery Times: UK delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. We use Royal Mail and trusted couriers.

Shipping Rates: Have been pre-calculated based on weight/size. 

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order has shipped.

Delays: Please allow extra time during busy periods (Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year).
